How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who contacts Macmillaneducacioneverywhere Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to make a complaint and what to expect from us. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Macmillaneducacioneverywhere Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a contractor we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, start by raising it with the contractor directly, and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback about contractors helps keep our network honest, and contractors who keep falling short may be removed. To be clear, Macmillaneducacioneverywhere Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a contractor or act on a contractor's behalf.

Making Your Complaint

Email contact@macmillaneducacioneverywhere.bar and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the contractor. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
